How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! You can visit our website to browse and select from our selection of cakes and flower arrangements, or you can reach out to us via WhatsApp or even by phone call. Our call lines are open from 9 AM to 6 PM, and we’ll respond to your WhatsApp messages within minutes!
Do you deliver across Tanzania or just Dar es Salaam city?
Currently, Giiftee delivers exclusively within Dar es Salaam as we focus on establishing our presence in this vibrant city. However, we are on a mission to expand our services to all major cities across Tanzania, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the convenience of sending and receiving gifts nationwide in the near future.

Can I customize the cake?
Yes, you can personalize the cake! When placing an order on our website, you’ll have the option to add a name or message on the cake. Additionally, we can accommodate dietary restrictions, so feel free to let us know your needs when you order. You can also share these details with us via WhatsApp along with your order number, and we’ll ensure everything is taken care of!
Will my flower arrangement be sent exactly as shown?
We do our best to create flower arrangements that closely match the images on our website because we want you to be delighted with your purchase! However, since our arrangements are seasonal, there may be minor variations based on the availability of certain flower types. Rest assured, we’ll work with our vendors to ensure your bouquet is beautiful and fresh, just for you!
Do you offer same-day delivery?
All delivery orders will be at least one day in advance or can be scheduled for a specified later date on our website. However, we can try to accommodate same-day flower arrangements for an expedited fee. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp for more details!
What is your delivery time for orders?
We typically deliver orders in two windows; a morning slot between the hours of 9am –12 pm and an afternoon slot between 4 – 7pm. You can choose a specific delivery date during checkout or simply let us know if placing an order via WhatsApp.
How do I track my order after it has been placed?
Once your order is confirmed, you will be notified via WhatsApp of order confirmation as well as when your order is out for delivery to the recipient. You can also contact us directly on our WhatsApp for updates on your delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept two payment methods, mobile payments (M-Pesa), and credit card payment online. Payment options will be available at checkout or alternatively we can send you a link via WhatsApp to make payments. We do not offer COD option at the moment.
Can I schedule a cake or flower delivery for a specific date and time?
Yes, you can select a preferred delivery date and time slot during the checkout process. We will do our best and ensure your gift arrives exactly when you need it to.
What should I do if my cake order is incorrect or arrives damaged?
If your cake or flower bouquet arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us right away. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by either providing a refund or sending a replacement gift, depending on the circumstances. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Do you offer discounts for corporate gifting or special events?
Yes, we can work with you on bulk orders for corporate events or even festive occasions such as Christmas, New Years, Eid, Diwali and many more. Contact us directly for more information on customized options and bulk pricing.
How are your cakes and flowers sourced?
We work with local, handpicked vendors who create artisan cakes and talented florists who prepare fresh, beautiful bouquets. We ensure all products are of the highest quality and made with care. These vendors understand the art of gifting and work with us to ensure that our orders deliver the best gifting experience for the receiver!
Can I add a personalized message to my order?
Absolutely! You can include a personalized message in a card with your gift during the order process, and we’ll make sure it’s delivered along with your cake or flowers.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be accepted if the order hasn’t yet been prepared or dispatched.
