We start from as few as 5 gifts. There is no upper limit — we have handled orders for over 100 recipients and can scale to whatever your team size requires. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, just reach out and we will advise.

For most corporate orders, we need at least 48 to 72 hours. For larger orders of 50 or more, or orders that require custom branding, ribbons or personalised cards, we recommend reaching out 5 to 7 days ahead. That said, if something comes up last minute, contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best — we are used to tight timelines.

Yes. We can include branded gift cards, custom ribbon colours, stickers with your logo, and personalised notes from your leadership team. Simply share your brand assets when you send your enquiry and we will incorporate them into every hamper. For first-time orders, we recommend confirming branding details early so there is no rush before delivery.

Absolutely. Share a list of recipient names, phone numbers and delivery addresses — a simple spreadsheet works perfectly — and we will coordinate individual deliveries across Dar es Salaam. If you prefer bulk delivery to a single office location, we can do that too. Delivery fees are calculated per zone and will be included transparently in your quote.

Once you tell us your requirements — occasion, number of recipients and budget per person — we send a detailed proposal with itemised pricing within 24 hours. Nothing moves forward until you have reviewed and approved the quote. Payment is required upfront before we begin preparation, and we accept bank transfer and mobile money. For returning corporate clients, we are happy to discuss flexible arrangements.
